$10<br>2pm<br><br><br>The 1-on-1 Constructed format follows the standard, official rules of the One Piece Card Game.<br>Deck Building Rules<ul><li><strong><b>1 Leader Card:</b></strong> Fits the official deck colors.</li><li><strong><b>Exactly 50 Cards:</b></strong> The main deck size.</li><li><strong><b>10 DON!! Cards:</b></strong> Placed in the DON!! deck.</li><li><strong><b>Card Limit:</b></strong> Maximum 4 copies per card ID.</li></ul><br>Game Preparation<ol><li><strong><b>Place Leaders:</b></strong> Face up in the Leader zone.</li><li><strong><b>Shuffle Deck:</b></strong> Place it face down.</li><li><strong><b>Determine Turn Order:</b></strong> Play Rock-Paper-Scissors; winner chooses first or second.</li><li><strong><b>Draw Hand:</b></strong> Draw 5 cards from the main deck.</li><li><strong><b>Mulligan:</b></strong> You may return all 5 cards once, shuffle, and redraw 5.</li><li><strong><b>Set Life:</b></strong> Place cards from the top of your deck into the Life zone equal to your Leader’s life stat.</li></ol><br>Turn Phase Order<br>Each turn consists of 5 sequential phases:<ul><li><strong><b>Refresh Phase:</b></strong> Turn all rested cards active and return attached DON!! cards to your field.</li><li><strong><b>Draw Phase:</b></strong> Draw 1 card from your main deck (skipped by the very first player on turn 1).</li><li><strong><b>DON!! Phase:</b></strong> Place 2 DON!! cards from your DON!! deck into your cost area (only 1 DON!! on turn 1).</li><li><strong><b>Main Phase:</b></strong> Play characters, use events, attach DON!!, and declare attacks.</li><li><strong><b>End Phase:</b></strong> Pass the turn to your opponent.</li></ul><br>How to Win<br>You win the game instantly by fulfilling either condition:<ul><li><strong><b>Final Blow:</b></strong> Attack and successfully hit your opponent's Leader when they have 0 Life.</li><li><strong><b>Deck Out:</b></strong> Your opponent's main deck runs out of cards (0 cards remaining)</li></ul>
